Nature of Transaction (One-Time Purchase) All purchases made on this website are one-time transactions. We do not operate on a subscription basis. Once the payment is processed and the digital content is delivered, the transaction is considered complete. There are no recurring charges, hidden fees, or automatic renewals associated with your purchase.
Intellectual Property and Limited License Proprietary Rights: All code, art assets, graphics, music, and text are the exclusive intellectual property of Propelperch. We warrant that our digital products are either original creations or used under valid commercial licenses.

Digital Content Delivery and Refund Policy Due to the intangible nature of digital products and the immediate performance of our service, the following rules apply to comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Rights Act, and North American commercial standards:
Immediate Delivery: Upon confirmation of payment, the digital product is delivered instantly via a download link or access code sent to your provided email address. Our system maintains a digital log as proof of successful delivery.
Express Consent and Waiver: By clicking “Purchase” and initiating the digital delivery, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract. You acknowledge that once the delivery of the digital content has begun, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal or “no-reason” refund.
Final Sale: All sales are final. Refunds will only be considered if the digital file is proven to be technically defective and a functional replacement cannot be provided. Any attempt to initiate an unauthorized chargeback for a successfully delivered digital product will result in the immediate termination of your license and a permanent ban from our services.
